Charo Rogers serves as the Director of Operations for Odyssey Capital Advisors. Charo joined the Odyssey team to use her extensive knowledge and background in financial services, process management, and operational efficiency to support an elite group of financial professionals.

Charo worked in the financial services industry as a licensed financial professional for 10 years, largely focused in account management of company retirement plans and in wealth management/private banking. Outside of her work as an advisor, she’s worked as a healthcare professional at various levels spanning from administrative to executive. Charo has a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a master’s degree in Business Administration, both received from Arcadia University.

Charo has a personal mission to support education and financial literacy among young people. She believes exposure, encouragement, and empowerment offer a world of difference as they make decisions on life’s journey. Charo is a Philadelphia native, residing in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.
