Roxane Ureña is the Chief Administrative Officer and Compliance Officer at Odyssey Capital Advisors.  She joined Odyssey Capital in March 2020 after serving as a Compliance Officer in Research and Trading for Susquehanna International Group in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Prior to that, Roxane worked at Jeffries & Co. as a Supervisory Analyst in the Control Group. She began her career at Blaylock & Partners L.P, as an Associate in the Equity Research Department. Roxane earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the State University of New York, Purchase College. 

Roxane’s motto is “Let’s figure it out.” She firmly believes that a desire for a positive outcome, along with a little elbow grease will inevitably lead to success. Outside of work, she enjoys curling up with a good book, taking walks, listening to the ocean, and experiencing new cultures from all over the world. As a lifelong learner, she seeks out the uncomfortable, the unknown and the unfamiliar. Most of all, Roxane loves hanging with her husband and kids.
